HR INTERVIEW - MUST READ

These are few questions asked in HR interview... The answers are really stunning and inspiring........ Thinking out of the box...! A must READ......
Question 1:
You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night, it's raining heavily, when suddenly you pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for a bus:
* An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
* An old friend who once saved your life.
* The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.
Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing very well that there could only be one passenger in your car?
This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a job application.
He simply answered:
"I would give the car keys to my Old friend and let him take the lady to the hospital. I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the partner of my dreams."
Sometimes, we gain more if we are able to give up our stubborn thought limitations. Never forget to "Think Outside of the Box."
Question 2:
What will you do if I run away with your sister?
The candidate who was selected answered " I will not get a better match for my sister than you sir"
Question 3:
Interviewer (to a student girl candidate) What if one morning you woke up & found that you were pregnant.
Girl I will be very excited and take an off, to celebrate with my husband.
Normally an unmarried girl will be shocked to hear this, but she managed it well. Why I should think it in the wrong way, she said later when asked.
Question 4:
Interviewer: He ordered a cup of coffee for the candidate. Coffee arrived kept before the candidate, then he asked what is before you?
Candidate: Instantly replied "Tea"
He got selected.
You know how and why did he say "TEA" when he knows very well that coffee was kept before.
(Answer: The question was "What is before you (U alphabet) Reply was "TEA" ( T alphabet)
Alphabet "T" was before Alphabet "U"
Question5;
Interviewer said "I shall either ask you ten easy questions or one really difficult question.
Think well before you make up your mind!" The boy thought for a while and said, "my choice is one really difficult question."
"Well, good luck to you, you have made your own choice! Now tell me this. "What comes first, Day or Night?"
The boy was jolted into reality as his admission depends on the correctness of his answer, but he thought for a while and said, "It's the DAY sir!"
"How" the interviewer asked,
"Sorry sir, you promised me that you will not ask me a SECOND difficult question!"
___
Sometimes just thinking out of the box is all it takes!
Share with your friend and give them a special moment of thinking...!!
Very beautiful lines
Try to Understand People before Trusting them......B'coz we are living in such a
world, Where Artificial Lemon flavor is used for "Welcome Drink" and
real lemon is used in "Finger Bowl"...

WHO IS A MAN ?

Who is a MAN?

A man is a beautiful part of God's creation who starts compromising at a very tender age.

He sacrifices his chocolates for his sister.

He sacrifices his dreams for just a smile on his parents face.

He spends his entire pocket money on buying gifts for the lady he loves just to see her smiling.

He sacrifices his full youth for his wife & children by working late at night without any complain.

He builds their future by taking loans from banks & repaying them for lifetime.

He struggles a lot & still has to bear scolding from his mother, wife & boss.

His life finally ends up only by compromising for others' happiness.

If he goes out, then he's careless
If he stays at home, then he's a lazy
If he scolds children, then he's a monster
If he doesn't scold, then he's a irresponsible guy
If he stops wife from working, then he's an insecure guy
If he doesn't stops wife from working, then he's somebody who lives on wife's earnings.
If he listens to mom, then he's mama's boy
If he listens to wife, he's wife's slave

Respect every male in your life. U will never know what he has sacrificed for you.
Worth sending to every man to make him smile & every woman to make her realize his worth!

PENCIL ERASER STORY

✏️Pencil: I'm sorry.

Eraser: For what? You didn't do anything wrong.

Pencil: I'm sorry, you get hurt because of me. Whenever I made a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But as you make my mistakes vanish, you lose a part of yourself and get smaller and smaller each time.

Eraser: That's true, but I don't really mind. You see, I was made to do this, I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong, even though one day I know I'll be gone. I'm actually happy with my job. So please, stop worrying I hate seeing you sad.

"Our Parents are like the eraser, whereas we children are the pencil. They're always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes.

Sometimes along the way they get hurt and become smaller (older and eventually pass on)

Take care of your Parents, treat them with kindness and most especially love them."

FOOD MAY HURT MALE FERTILITY

New research suggests a poor diet can wreak havoc on more than a man’s pants size.

Guys, you’ve heard the standard advice for protecting your swimmers: Don’t wear tight undies. Keep your laptop far from, well, your lap. Stop smoking ASAP. But there may be an even easier way to shield your sperm — watch what you eat. “We’ve noticed that fertility has been decreasing over the past several decades. And guys want advice to improve upon matters,” said Dr. Ryan Terlecki, director of the Men’s Health Clinic for the Wake Forest University Department of Urology. “Most guys have never even heard that anything in their diet could impact sperm count.”

But the truth is, an emerging body of research suggests that the foods you pile on your plate may play a role in the number of sperm you have (count), whether they’re normally shaped (morphology), and how well they move (motility).

How that does that play out in the bedroom? “Sperm count is, of course, important, because if it’s not there, you’re not going to [biologically] father a kid,” said Dr. Paul Turek, president of the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology. “And I think sperm motility is more important than sperm count.” Although morphology is less firmly linked to fertility, it has been shown in a number of studies to influence reproductive success, said Audrey Gaskins, who researches nutrition and fertility at the Harvard School of Public Health.

Although the research is still new, one thing is clear: The foods that may pose a threat to male fertility are many of the same dietary culprits behind things such as Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease. That means you’d be smart to avoid them, regardless of whether you plan to make a baby any time soon. The following foods might get in the way of fatherhood:

NOBEL PEACE PRIZE WINNER

Pakistani teenager Malala Yousafzai, who was shot in the head by the Taliban in 2012 for advocating girls' right to education, and Indian campaigner against child trafficking and labor Kailash Satyarthi won the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize on Friday.
Yousafzai, aged 17, becomes the youngest Nobel Prize winner and 60-year-old Satyarthi the first Indian-born winner of the accolade.
They were picked for their struggle against the oppression of children and young people, and for the right of all children to education, the Norwegian Nobel Committee said.
The sharing of the award between an Indian and a Pakistani came after a week of hostilities along the border of the disputed, mainly Muslim region of Kashmir - the worst fighting between the nuclear-armed rivals in more than a decade.
"The Nobel Committee regards it as an important point for a Hindu and a Muslim, an Indian and a Pakistani, to join in a common struggle for education and against extremism," said Thorbjoern Jagland, the head of the Norwegian Nobel Committee.
Everybody knows who Malala is, but do you have any idea about the awesome things that Satyarthi has done?

Two of his colleagues have even been murdered.

10. His work has been appreciated and honoured earlier as well.

AN INTERVIEW WITH TIGER

Reporter: Hi Tiger
Tiger: Hello
Reporter: Sorry to say but you have lost your image after what you did at Delhi Zoo.
You killed someone and that’s really bad.
Tiger: Yes I know but, I am not here to justify but I do feel sorry for the unfortunate man for what happened , but I want to also let you know a few facts.
Reporter: Facts? What Facts, Our channel has done the complete coverage and left no stone unturned.
Tiger: Exactly. The facts you humans know but don’t ever speak about it.
Reporter: (confused)
Tiger: Firstly tell me something where do I actually belong? Why I have been kept here for your entertainment? Why should I be kept captive?
Reporter: Well, People need to see you and spend their time at the zoo. Children come for educational tours. That’s why?
Tiger: You haven’t still answered my question. I belong to the wild and I am a wild animal put in cages and need to appear like a domestic cat for you humans. You come to the zoo, pelt stones at me, shout all sort of names, even throw rubbish inside my cage and yet you call yourself civilised?
Reporter: Listen, I am just having this interview on public demand and they are asking for an explanation that’s it.
Tiger: Yes why not you are the superior race and say feel and assume what you like and we tigers who are put into cages can’t even express how we feel.
Reporter: Yes, we say and feel what we think is right and you have done wrong.
Tiger: Ok, Let me put it another way. See that snake enclosure there, go inside and pet the cobra, it will kiss your hand and...
Reporter: Whatt ?? Are you crazy ?? You want me to get bitten or what? That’s a poisonous animal and I am not going in there.
Tiger: Then why you cannot relate with me the same way? Why can’t you think that I didn’t go out of my enclosure killing people , I didn’t invite anyone here , also don’t forget at first I was just curious to know who the stranger was in my cage and went to inspect.
Reporter: Go on ..
Tiger: The man died because they angered me by pelting stones at me and shouted and that got me agitated. In my inquisitiveness I picked him up and took him away from the crowd.
Reporter: But we saw the bite marks on his neck.
Tiger: I picked him up from the neck as I do to pick up my own cubs in the forest. It was natural behaviour. I didn’t expect that my jaws will kill him because human necks are very delicate, unlike ours. If I was a killer or a man-eater I would have harmed so many already and eaten the unfortunate guy.
Reporter: Hmm, I understand what you mean. We didn’t think about it in that way. All I was told to label you an Adamkhor, Man-eater etc so our channel gets good trp. But now I understand what happened and how the incident took place.
Tiger: But this isn’t just the story and this isn’t all about us. Our brothers in the wild are protecting your forests; we are saving the green lungs of your country by having these tiger reserves all around.
Reporter: Yes I also didn’t think about this too.People dont know all these things.
Tiger: We have maintained clean rivers throughout the reserves to make sure you humans get clean drinking water for drinking and water for cultivation of your crops for agriculture. Absolutely unlike you who have not even spared any river and not even the holy river of Ganga.
We are not asking anything in return, we just need our space and protection and in simple words Leave Me Alone.
Reporter: I am amazed that you Tigers are doing all that and there’s hardly any awareness on why we should save the Tiger.

Tiger: Thank you. I hope I have explained enough. I request every human to understand just one thing. This planet is only not theirs and we all animals who were actually before you did , want peace and let us all keep the web of life intact together. We both need each other; this is our Planet and let’s not behave as if we have another one in store.
